Help Save America's Wild Havens

Bear cub on rolling in grass

At the Fund we help save wild havens: undisturbed, natural spaces for wildlife to be exactly that—wild. Your gift ensures that wildlife, like this bear cub, has the habitat it needs to thrive.

Forestry
Redwood trees

America’s forests shelter wildlife, provide jobs, trap carbon and more. But our privately owned forests are for sale. We’re leading efforts to save this treasured landscape.

Kanapaha Prairie is home to fox, deer, alligators, snakes, an estimated 135 resident bird species and more. A key wintering ground for Sandhill cranes, Kanapaha also hosts thousands of migratory birds each year. As a wet prairie, Kanapaha is part of a network of water sources that provides Florida residents with clean drinking water.
